Over the past two decades, Josh has worked across branding, publishing, marketing, communications, podcasting, creative direction, and audience development with leading brands, nonprofits, churches, and ministries, including Puma, Toyota, Adidas, World Vision, Saddleback Church, and the Assemblies of God.

Prior to launching Resonance, Josh served as COO and Executive Publisher of Relevant Media Group, publisher of RELEVANT Magazine, one of the most influential media brands in the evangelical world. During his tenure, he helped lead the organization’s publishing, digital media, events, partnerships, and audience growth initiatives, reaching millions and shaping conversations among a generation of church leaders and young Christians.

Throughout his career, Josh has led media companies, launched publications and podcasts, developed communication systems for international organizations, and advised churches and nonprofits on growth, branding, and audience engagement. His work combines demographic and psychographic research, brand strategy, storytelling, audience psychology, and communication systems to help organizations create deeper connection and sustainable growth.
